Tiberino Italian One Pot Linguine "Sorrento" Tomato & Basil


Linguini Sorrentino is one of the simplest Italian recipe: you have to melt pasta in a rich tomato sauce with onion and basil and, eventually, some other ingredients depending on your tastes. It's an ideal dish for adults and children

To Make: Boil 3 and 1/5 cups (0,75 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the content of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.   Cooks in about 12 minutes

Additional ideas: Just before serving, add anchovies fillets and/or top with mozzarella

 Ingredients: pasta (durum wheat semolina, water 12.5%) 88%, tomato 9%, onion, carrot, broth (sea-salt, onion, leek porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis and its group), carrot, extra virgin olive oil, leek, parsley, ground celery seeds, olive extract, garlic), basil 1%.
