Yes, you can eat the mixture by the spoonful just like the cookie dough. But, you may want to wait and taste the deliciousness as a cheesecake or cheeseball. Our favorite is to serve it as a cheeseball served with graham crackers and sugar cookie crumbles.
For Cheeseball: You will also need 8 oz cream cheese and 4 Tbs butter
For chocolate chip peanut butter pie you will also need, 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 C peanut butter, 8 oz whipped topping and a graham cracker crust. Full recipe is on the box.
