Tiberino - Italian One - Pot - Risotto "Vanezia" Asparagus & Leek
Another classic of Italian cuisine: Risotto with asparagus prepared according to Italian tradition with Carnaroli rice and green asparagus.
Easy to cook all in one pot. Bring 3 1/4 C water and 2 TBSP to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add contents of package and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed. Add 1-2 tbsp. warm water befog serving with olive oil drizzle.
