The first glaze with Truffle and balsamic vinegar of Modena.  

Dense, syrupy, perfect with grilled meat, white meats, poached fish, rice salads and cold pasta salads, grilled vegetables, fries, ice-cream and hard cheeses. It is perfect for decorating a classic “balsamic vinegar fillet”, and a spoonful is enough at the end of cooking to embellish every risotto.

Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar of Modena 70% (*Aceto balsamico di Modena wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour caramel) glucose syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, salt, xanthan gum, artificial truffle flavour, truffle 0.05%.
