This is the first glaze made with balsamic vinegar of Modena. This glaze is consistent in quality and is therefore tasteful and flavorful. The easy to use squeezable bottle makes adding glaze to cheeses, salads and grilled vegetable easy.
Ingredients: balsamic vinegar of Modena min. 70% (aceto balsamco di modena I.G.P: wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, , caramel colour, glucose syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, xanthan gum as a stabilizer.
